Hi everyone.
Okay, we have been in touch with all concerned over on the Isle of Man inc the Hotel Ferries, so it’s time to start thinking dates.
The dates we have in mind for our annual trip to the speed limit free super smooth rural roads of the Isle of Man are:
11th to 14th September
2nd to 5th October
We will set sail to the Isle of man on the AM sailing from Liverpool to Douglas, this way we can get to the Hotel at a decent time, have some lunch and for the guys who want to, it will still be light enough for an initial drive over some of the TT circuit roads, have Dinner and discuss the next two days of full on driving :drinks: :drinks: , on what I believe to be some of the best drivers roads I have driven, this is a very informal event, so grab as much driving as you want, pair up with other members and investigate the island, we will have a small team of Professional Performance driving coaches (all of whom are Isle of Man experts) on hand, so its up to you on how much time you want us to spend with you, we will be there ready to jump in with you when you want us to, we will also have our cars there, so happy to give demo drives when wanted (we got have some fun on those roads to). The place we have booked has some good rooms, excellent bar and most importantly a very secure car park (so the cars are safe :aggressive: ).
As soon as we get the prices from the Hotel and Ferry, we will bung this years price up.
If your interested, please post up here, this way we get numbers which will help us bargain better prices for you guys.
We are also having some editorials done on Roadcraft Driver Training Limited by Total Impreza, first one will be in the April issue, a short write up on us and what we do, they are also spending a day with me at Millbrook in May, so this should be in shortly afterwards. The third one is looking at some of the events we do, and as soon as I mentioned the Isle of Man trip we do every year, they got all excited, what they are asking is, would a member be interested in writing up about the trip, so the article comes from someone who has taken part, we will be taking lots a pics (as I am sure you guys will be). So if you fancy coming along and taking part, having your car looking smart coming over the top of the mountain roads appearing in Total Impreza, then also let me know, and as a gesture of my appreciation, who ever does write the article that appears in the magazine, I will offer a 20% discount of a 1:1 Performance (Road & Track) day at Millbrook with me :good: .
So come on guys, stick your names down.
List so far:
Gentoo (plus Mrs Gentoo, maybe)
